This was my first time at this Jiffy Lube location. The experience went very well; almost no wait time, the technician provided me with two service recommendations from Toyota that we accepted, and the checkout process went smoothly. And thanks for the free water from the cooler. :)

Great service, fast and clean! I stopped by this location in the morning for an oil change, front rotors, and brakes. The service was fantastic. I was truly in and out in a jiffy! The total for everything, including parts and service, came out to $700. They frequently send out great discounts, and I was able to use a $25 off coupon this time around, which was awesome. The facility itself is incredibly clean, from the waiting area floors to the bathroom. They even provide free bottled water for customers while they wait. The only minor difference I noticed compared to other Jiffy Lube locations I’ve visited is that they didn't vacuum the floors or leave the standard "vacuumed" paper slip. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker, but just something to note. Overall, a great experience and I'd highly recommend them!

The staff at Jiffy Lube was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. They provided quick, professional service and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I appreciate their excellent customer service and would gladly return for future service.

Just got an oil change at the Jiffy Lube at 806 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. My rating is for that. Unlike where I usually get my car's oil change and typically have to wait an hour for it to be done I only waited five minutes for them to start the oil change. It was done very quickly, in not more than 15 minutes, probably less. I did not check the time when they started and finished so don't know exactly how long it took but it was definitely a lot faster than where I usually have my oil change. The men working there were polite and friendly. I provided a piece of paper to the person changing the oil with the amount of oil I wanted put in the engine plus 11 ounces of RF-7, an engine lubricant I provided. I checked the oil level in my car's engine after the change. It was at the correct level. Other times at other places I found that too much oil was put in the engine. They also topped off the windshield wiper fluid at no charge. On the receipt it says they vacuumed the floors in my car. I almost never have a passenger with me in the car. Only the driver's side floor gets dirty. It obviously was not vacuumed. The receipt also says the tires on my car were inflated

I usually change the oil myself but I was moving to NJ so I figured I’d come get it done at Jiffy for the convenience. Just got under the car 5k after this Jiffy and realized they tightened the bolt so much it’s completely stripped. And I shit you not I just put a new bolt on 1 oil change prior to jiffy lube so I know it’s not me being negligent. Not only that but the filter is on so tight I couldn’t use my belt adapter and had to go buy a specific oil filter ratchet. Doesn’t matter regardless because the bolt is stripped clean so ima have to find a shop that’s willing to tack weld and take the thing off. Guess who’s paying for it ?
